By creating an account or using Semestery, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What Semestery does

Semestery helps teachers format AI-written questions into printable papers (Doc Mode) and run live quizzes for their students. The questions are created in your own AI chatbot; Semestery formats, hosts, and runs them.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up.

Acceptable use

  • Use Semestery for legitimate teaching and assessment.
  • Don’t upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Don’t attempt to break, overload, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
  • Don’t use it to collect data you have no right to collect.

Student data

You are responsible for how you collect and use your students’ information through Semestery, including obtaining any consent your school or local law requires. See our Privacy Policy.

Your content

You keep ownership of the questions and documents you create. You grant us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the service to you.

Availability & “as is”

Semestery is provided “as is” without warranties. We work to keep it reliable but can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything important (e.g. download your papers).

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Semestery is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service over time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You can stop using Semestery and delete your data at any time.
